Tasha K was ordered to pay $4 million to Cardi B in October 2018 after losing a defamation lawsuit filed by the Bronx rapper against her. Now, Cardi desires her money and is seeking means to obtain it.

According to XXL, a writ of execution was issued against Tasha K on Thursday (April 20), with documents signed by Judge William M. Ray II stating that the blogger’s property can be seized to recover the $3,868,753.47 Cardi was awarded after winning the lawsuit.

Friday, Tasha K responded to the legal motion via Twitter: “Look! Sis & Law I know you need it because employment is slow for everyone right now, but I don’t have it!” She added a caption to an image of a list of her obligations. “But inform your attorneys that when I’m on top, you’ll be on top and trapped…You have priority after this tax bill is paid.”
Cardi B initially filed a defamation lawsuit against Tasha K in 2019, following a 2018 blog post in which the YouTuber accused Cardi of drug use and sexually transmitted diseases. In January of last year, the case was subsequently prosecuted in federal court in Georgia. Cardi ultimately prevailed, and a magistrate ordered Tasha K to pay the rapper $3,868,754.47.

Tasha K quipped on Twitter earlier this month that she paid Cardi B’s enormous debt in cash, prompting Cardi to check her Apple Pay account.
