Nick Cannon Explains Why He Doesn’t Get All His Kids Together.
“Masked Singer” host Nick Cannon believes the “only person that would benefit from having everyone in the same area would probably be me.” He prefers going to them.
Nick Cannon has several children, yet he manages his time with them by going to them rather than vice versa.

The “Masked Singer” presenter told People why he doesn’t think he should strive to get all of his kids together to hang together. He thinks “only me would profit from having everyone in the same space.”

“I truly adore stepping into their world—going to their sports games or giving them their personal time for the holidays—so I have no problem with hopping around,” the comic said.

He blamed everyone’s busy schedules, including himself. “Taking the time to go to them and show the value of being with them and not forcing anyone to come to me works,” he said.

The “Wild ‘N Out” host has 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Cannon also has daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, son Legendary with Bre Tiesi, daughter Onyx with LaNisha Cole, and daughter Beautiful and twin boys Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa.

Alyssa Scott gave Cannon his 12th kid, Halo Marie, in December. Zen, his five-month-old baby with the model, died of a brain tumour in 2021.

In December 2022, Cannon admitted that his “greatest guilt” stems from his hectic lifestyle and his children, who live with several women and houses.

In the Paramount+ series “The Checkup with Dr. David Agus,” he said, “Being a father of several kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children.”

Cannon told People that while he still thinks this approach is preferable, he could see things changing. “As everyone probably gets older, and even as I slow down a little bit more, I’m sure everyone will start flocking to me in one place,” he said.

He credits his six children’s mums, saying that their unique family situation “wouldn’t work if I didn’t have such beautiful ladies in my life that are actually understanding and incredibly loving and concerned about the society that we live in.”

Cannon may recall all his children by seeing them in smaller groups. He was mocked on “The Howard Stern Show” for forgetting daughter Onyx when asked to name them all.

Howard Stern joked, “Poor Onyx,” that the actor’s gaffe would “cause an issue” with his children’s mothers. “You threw me off because I was going in order,” Cannon remarked, admitting his mistake.
