Kevin Hart recently celebrated his 44th birthday. The actor, though, continues to have a youthful spirit. However, he recently experienced an encounter that altered his perception of what aging is like.

All of this resulted from an unfortunate sporting occasion. It did not go well for Hart when he challenged former New England Patriots standout Stevan Ridley to a 40-yard dash. The comedian continued by explaining how this particular predicament came to be.

Kevin Hart has previously had major injuries. He was injured seriously in a car accident in 2019 and spent ten days in the hospital. He was in a lot of discomfort and had three spinal fractures. The actor had to spend months recovering after undergoing emergency surgery.
