After falling from a fifth-floor apartment window in Jersey City, Daily Voice reports that Zohar Paxton, the son of rapper Flo Rida, is presently being treated in the intensive care unit (ICU). Zohar is only six years old. Although it was a miracle that he was able to survive the fall, his mother, Alexis Adams, has decided to pursue legal action.

According to the reports, the event took place more than three weeks ago, and as a result, Zohar sustained a variety of injuries. Adams has taken legal action against the apartment building, stating that the windows posed a risk to residents of the property, but the landlord did nothing to address the issue. She has also named the business that installed the windows as a defendant in the case.

Adams, who is a single mother to a child with special needs, expressed that she feels as though her heart has been shattered into a million pieces. Yet, despite the results of a paternity test establishing that Flo Rida is Zohar’s father, she and Flo Rida have had a rocky relationship regarding the parenting of their kid. Adams claims that the rapper has never called his kid or spoken to him on the phone, and that he has only seen his son a single time since he was born.

At the beginning of this year, Adams voiced her disapproval to the press regarding Flo Rida’s apparent failure to pay for their son’s education and insurance. She asserts that the rapper owes more than $200,000 in tuition fees for the private school in Manhattan in which she enrolled Zohar in the year 2019.

It is essential to keep in mind that Flo Rida has not provided a public response to any of Adams’ accusations against him. However, he just recently won a $82.6 million lawsuit against the company Celsius, which makes energy drinks, and he has promised to give the money to charitable organisations. As of right now, Zohar is still being cared for in the intensive care unit, and the plot is still being developed.
