After mending their differences, the Oscar-winning actress and the film director are now promoting The Deliverance, which will launch on Netflix on August 30.

On Tuesday, Lee Daniels gushed about Mo’Nique’s performance in his new movie and used Instagram to reflect on their 25-year friendship.

During our inaugural press day for The Deliverance, I was thinking back on my 25-year friendship with the actor @therealmoworldwide over dinner.
